Recovery of Enforcement Costs. In the event any party shall institute any action or proceeding to enforce any provision of this Agreement to seek relief from any violation of this Agreement, or to otherwise obtain any judgment or order relating to or arising from the subject matter of this Agreement, each prevailing party shall be entitled to receive from each losing party such prevailing party's actual attorneys' fees and costs incurred to prosecute or defend such action or proceeding.
