Common use of Recovery of Expenses; Interest; Working Capital Advances Clause in Contracts

Recovery of Expenses; Interest; Working Capital Advances. The Company shall cause commercially reasonable efforts to be used to recover from Borrowers and Guarantors those Company Advances and Receiver Advances which such Borrowers or Guarantors are obligated to pay. No Company Advances shall bear interest chargeable in any way to Participant. The Company shall make Working Capital Advances as required in Section 3.02.

No Company Advances Servicing Expenses shall bear interest chargeable in any way to Participant. The Company shall make Working Capital Advances as required in Section 3.02.
