Recovery of Funding for Misexpenditure. a. If ODHS identifies a Misexpenditure of moneys disbursed to CDDP under this Agreement, ODHS shall provide CDDP by e-mail with written notice thereof and ODHS and CDDP shall engage in the process described in subsection 7.b. below.
