Recovery of Judgments. The recovery of any judgment by Holder and/or the levy of execution under any judgment upon any assets of the Company shall not affect in any manner or to any extent any rights, remedies or powers of Holder under this Note or any of the other Transaction Documents, but such rights, remedies and powers of Holder shall continue unimpaired as before.
