Recovery of Landlord Enforcement Costs. All costs and expenses incurred by Landlord in connection with collecting any amounts and damages owing by Tenant pursuant to the provisions of this Lease or to enforce any provision of this Lease, including reasonable attorneys' fees, whether or not any action is commenced by Landlord, shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord upon demand.
