Common use of Recovery of Rents Clause in Contracts

Recovery of Rents. The Trustee, as assignee of the Lessor, may recover from the Lessee (i) that portion of the Lease Payments which would otherwise have been payable herewith, allocable to any period in which the Lessee continues to occupy the Facilities; and (ii) Lease Payments and Additional Rentals which would have otherwise been payable by the Lessee hereunder during the remainder of the Initial Term or the Renewal Term in which such event of default occurs, after the Lessee vacates the Facilities.
