Recovery of Shares. The Company shall seek recovery of any benefits provided hereunder to Employee if such recovery is required by any clawback policy adopted by the Company, which may be amended from time to time, including, but not limited to, any clawback policy adopted to satisfy the minimum clawback requirements adopted under the Xxxx-Xxxxx Xxxx Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010 and the regulations thereunder or any other applicable law.
