Common use of RECOVERY OF SUMS REQUIRED TO BE PAID Clause in Contracts

RECOVERY OF SUMS REQUIRED TO BE PAID. Beneficiary shall have the right from time to time to take action to recover any sum or sums which constitute a part of the Obligations as the same become due and owing, without regard to whether or not the balance of the Obligations shall be due, and without prejudice to the right of Beneficiary thereafter to bring an action of foreclosure, or any other action, for a default or defaults by Grantor existing at the time such earlier action was commenced.

Beneficiary shall have the right from time to time to take action to recover any sum or sums which constitute a part of the Obligations Debt as the same become due and owingdue, without regard to whether or not the balance of the Obligations Debt shall be due, and without prejudice to the right of Beneficiary or Trustee thereafter to bring an action of foreclosure, or any other action, for a default or defaults by Grantor Trustor existing at the time such earlier action was commenced.

The Beneficiary shall have the right from time to time to take action to recover any sum or sums which constitute a part of the Secured Obligations as the same become due and owingdue, without regard to whether or not the balance of the Secured Obligations shall be due, and without prejudice to the right of the Beneficiary thereafter to bring an action of foreclosure, or any other action, for a default or defaults by Grantor the Borrower existing at the time such earlier action was commenced.

Beneficiary and Trustee shall have the right from time to time to take action to recover any sum or sums which constitute a part of the Obligations Debt as the same become due and owingdue, without regard to whether or not the balance of the Obligations Debt shall be due, and without prejudice to the right of Beneficiary or Trustee thereafter to bring an action of foreclosure, or any other action, or to otherwise effect a sale 29 of the Trust Property pursuant to this Deed of Trust, for a default or defaults by Grantor existing at the time such earlier action was commenced.
