Recovery Property Records. The Servicer’s duties to hold the Phase-In-Recovery Property Records on behalf of the Bond Issuer set forth in this Section 5.02, to the extent such Phase-In-Recovery Property Records have not been previously transferred to a successor Servicer pursuant to Article VII, shall terminate one year and one day after the earlier of the date on which (i) the Servicer is succeeded by a successor Servicer in accordance with Article VII hereof and (ii) no Bonds are outstanding.
