Recreational Flows. For the purposes of improving and enhancing public recreation, Licensee shall implement, as early as possible but no later than one year after issuance of the New Project License, the following recreational flow schedule and other provisions presented in Table B, Recreation Flow Schedule. A. Recreation Flow Schedule Flow releases will occur at both the Rock Creek and Cresta dams according to the schedule below. Flow releases will occur on Saturdays or Sundays between the hours of 10am and 4pm during wet or normal water years, and between the hours of 10am and 1pm during dry years. When scheduling flow releases, holiday weekends will be given priority over non-holiday weekends. Recreational Flows. The ERC has relied on existing language in Condition 16 that allows the ERC to modify the recreational flow schedule and PG&E is proposing that this practice continue. No change to License Condition 16 is proposed. The recreational flows for the Rock Creek reach will be consistent with the flow schedule described in Appendix B of the Condition 17 report filed on May 31, 2007. Recreational flows in the Cresta reach during the 5-year test period will be consistent with the License Condition 5 Table A.2 described above and in Attachment A. Any additional changes to the recreational flows for the Rock Creek and Cresta reaches shall be decided by the ERC and FS.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If WCS chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, WCS’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by WCS to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 WCS shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from WCS’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office WCS utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow WCS’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Infrastructure Modification of the location and/or sizing of the infrastructure for the Project that does not materially change the functionality of the infrastructure.

  • Operational Support Systems 14.1 BellSouth has developed and made available electronic interfaces by which Unity Acquisition may submit LSRs electronically. 14.2 LSRs submitted by means of one of these electronic interfaces will incur an OSS electronic ordering charge. An individual LSR will be identified for billing purposes by its Purchase Order Number (PON). LSRs submitted by means other than one of these interactive interfaces (mail, fax, courier, etc.) will incur a manual order charge. All OSS charges are specified in Exhibit A of this Attachment.

  • Crane Erection & Jumping (a) Cranes and man/material hoists may be erected, altered, climbed and dismantled during times when ordinary production works are in progress subject to the work being done in full compliance with a relevant operational safety zone (OSZ) plan which has been developed specifically for that operation with consideration to overall site safety. (b) The crane crew for each tower crane (Crane Crew) must consist of the following: (i) crane driver; and (ii) three (3) dogmen. (c) In addition to the appropriate tickets held by the crane driver and the dogmen, the following high risk licences must be held amongst the Crane Crew: (i) rigging; and (ii) material handling. (d) Where a Project consists of a single Crane Crew, the Employer should endeavour to ensure another member of the Crane Crew holds a crane driver licence.

  • Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance a. Client Data – Client Data will only be used by State Street for the purposes specified in this Agreement.
