Common use of Recreational Vehicle Business Clause in Contracts

Recreational Vehicle Business. Each of Good Xxx, Camping World and the GMACI Agency agrees to collaborate in order to enhance the other’s business as relates to recreational vehicles. Such collaboration may include the sharing of customer lists, reports and other database information, but only to the extent such party is legally entitled to do so. The confidentiality provisions of Article X shall apply to each of the parties hereto and each of their respective Affiliates with respect to the information shared by the other party to the same extent they apply to the parties in Article X below.
