Common use of Recurring License Fee Clause in Contracts

Recurring License Fee. The Software is activated with an activation code provided by Vendor to Licensee and is licensed for a set period at a time. Once the period ends, the software will become inactive and stop working. Upon paying a renewal fee to Vendor, a new activation code will be provided to Licensee.
