If you intend to use the Card for recurring transactions, you should monitor your balance and ensure you have funds available in your Card Account to cover the transactions. “Recurring Transactions” are transactions that are authorized in advance by you to be charged to your Card at substantially regular intervals. If these Recurring Transactions may vary in amount, the person you are going to pay should tell you, 10 days before each payment, when it will be made and how much it will be. (You may choose instead to get this notice only when the payment would differ by more than a certain amount from the previous payment, or when the amount would fall outside certain limits that you set.) If your Card was obtained through your employer or you receive electronic deposits of federal payments to your Card: If you have told us in advance to make regular payments (i.e., recurring transactions) from your Card Account, you can stop the payment by notifying us orally via phone or in writing at least three (3) business days before the scheduled date of the transfer. If you call, we also may require you to put your request in writing and get it to us within 14 days after you call. If you order us to stop one of these payments three (3) business days or more before the transfer is scheduled, and we do not do so, we will be liable for your direct losses or damages. If you have authorized a merchant to make the recurring transaction, you also should contact the applicable merchant in order to stop the recurring transaction.
Recurring Transactions. If Merchant agrees to accept a recurring transaction from a Cardholder for the purchase of goods or services which are delivered or performed periodically (a “Recurring Transaction”), the Cardholder shall complete and deliver to Merchant an order form containing a written request for such goods or services to be charged to the Cardholder’s account, the frequency of the recurring charges and the duration of time for which such Cardholder’s permission is granted. In the event a Recurring Transaction is renewed, the Cardholder shall complete and deliver to Merchant a subsequent order form for continuation of such goods or services to be charged to the Cardholder’s account. A Recurring Transaction may not include partial payments made to Merchant for goods or services purchased in a single Transaction, nor may it be used for periodic payments of goods or services on which Merchant assesses additional finance charges. A copy of the order form must be retained for the duration of the recurring charges and provided in response to Provider’s request. In addition, Merchant must record, retain, and promptly produce upon request the “ship to address” and address verification service code (where applicable) for each transaction. Merchant must not complete an initial or subsequent Recurring Transaction after receiving a cancellation notice from the Cardholder, the Card Issuer, Provider or other party or a response that the Card is not to be honored.

For recurring transactions, Merchant must be approved by Bank to accept recurring transactions and obtain a written request from the Cardholder for the goods and services to be charged to the Cardholder’s account, the frequency of the recurring charge, and the duration of time during which such charges may be made. Merchant will not complete any recurring transaction after receiving: (i) a cancellation notice from the Cardholder; (ii) notice from Bank, or (iii) a response that the Card is not to be honored. Merchant must print legibly on the Sales Draft the words “Recurring Transaction”.

In obtaining such consent, End Users should be made aware of the product or service they are purchasing, the frequency of charges, the length of the contract’s term, and clear notice about how to properly cancel the recurring charges.
Recurring Transactions. The following provisions will apply to Recurring Transactions:
(i) Own Risk. Undertaking Recurring Transactions will be solely at Merchant’s risk and Merchant will be liable for any losses that occur as a result of undertaking such transactions. Xxxxxxxx understands that it accepts such Transactions at its own risk.
