Recurring Transactions. For recurring transactions, you must obtain a written request from the Cardholder for the goods and services to be charged to the Cardholders account, the frequency of the recurring charge, and the duration of time during which such charges may be made. You will not complete any recurring transaction after receiving: (i) a cancellation notice from the Cardholder, (ii) notice from EVO or Bank, or (iii) a response that the Card is not to be honored. You must print legibly on the Sales Draft the words “Recurring Transaction”.
