Recurring transactions and other standing instructions. (a) Subject to Clause 3.1, for any transactions authorized by the Cardholder under recurring payment or standing instruction (scheduled or otherwise) through any billing channel subscription or payment arrangement between the Cardholder and Merchant, the Bank shall debit the Card Account accordingly and shall continue to do so as long as the recurring payment or standing instruction is made.
