Recycling Bins. Each Customer shall be responsible for cleaning their Recycling Bins, if any, and maintaining them in a sanitary condition.
Recycling Bins. Recycling Bins previously were purchased and distributed to the Customers in the Service Area. These Recycling Bins are and shall remain the property of the County.
