Redeeming Rewards Sample Clauses

Redeeming Rewards a) To be eligible to receive a Cash Back reward, the Cardholder’s account(s) must be open (meaning not voluntarily closed, canceled, or terminated for any reason) and the Cash Back credit card cannot have any other status preventing authorizations. b) A Cash Back reward will be determined by November 1st of each year. Once the dollar amount has been determined, the Cash Back reward will be deposited to the primary savings account within the month of November. c) The Cardholder is responsible for determining any tax liability arising from participation in the Program. The Cardholder may consult a tax advisor concerning tax consequences. d) Cash Back reward(s) cannot be applied toward the payment amount owed on a Cardholder’s Cash Back card. e) The Cardholder is responsible for any outstanding balance on the account. f) Authorized users on the Account do not receive Cash Back Rewards.
Redeeming Rewards. Rewards can be redeemed towards Net Purchases or against your Account Statement balance using the Brim website or mobile application. The standard redemption rate would allow 100 points to be redeemed for $1 of Net Purchases, provided that in some cases the redemption rate could be higher (the higher redemption rate would be indicated where applicable). Rewards can be redeemed starting at $1. To redeem rewards, log into your Account through brimfinancial. com or through the Brim mobile application. The Brim mobile application may not be available on all devices, and is subject to additional terms and conditions. Once logged in, select the Redeem Rewards option, and your selected Net Purchase made using your Card will be paid with rewards from your Brim Rewards Account up to the full amount of your Net Purchase or the full balance of your Brim Rewards Account, whichever is less. You may also select to apply your points as cashback, and your Account Statement balance will be paid with points from your Brim Rewards Account up to the full amount of your Account Statement balance or the full balance of your Brim Rewards Account, whichever is less. Only the Primary Cardmember is authorized to log in and view points in their Brim Rewards Account and redeem Rewards. The Primary Cardmember may call Brim at 0-000-000-0000 (BRIM) Canada and USA or 000-000-0000 (BRIM) (collect) elsewhere and request that their Rewards be credited to their Account. This will occur no more than two billing cycles from the date of the call. Reward redemptions are reflected as soon as the next business day in your Brim Rewards Account and, on a monthly basis, as credits on your Account Statement.
Redeeming RewardsIn order to redeem your Rewards, you will convert your Rewards to a coupon on the Member Portal. Rewards can only be redeemed for the coupon amounts available for selection on the Member Portal. Exchanging Rewards for coupons is irreversible. Coupons cannot be shared, sold, or otherwise distributed. Coupons will be subject to an expiration date as shown on the Member Portal when the exchange is made. Coupons which are not redeemed before the expiration will be unusable. Multiple Rewards’ coupons cannot be used for the same purchase or in combination with other discount coupons. Offers and rewards are subject to change without notice and cannot be combined with any other offers. When you wish to make a purchase redeeming your Rewards, please contact your DEN Account Manager. In order to redeem, purchase amounts must be of at least the value of the redeemed coupon.
Redeeming Rewards. (a) Cardholders may redeem the accrued Rewards points by using any one of the below mentioned options; - by redeeming at Rewards Partner Establishments; - by converting to Dialog Star Points; - by converting to Frequent Flyer/ Air Miles of partner airlines subject to prior registration with the relevant Frequent Flyer/ Air Miles program (“Mileage Rewards”) and HSBC. Refer section on Mileage Rewards. (b) Registration for Mi l e a g e Rewards will be free of charge for HSBC Premier C ardholders (Card number starting with 5179 64), i n respect of other C ards an annual fee of LKR 1,000/- will be charged from the C ardholder. (c) Redemption of points at Rewards Partner Establishments will primarily take place by swiping the C ard at the „on-line‟ Electronic Draft Capture (EDC)/ Point of Sale (POS) machine, which will allow for automatic redemption of Rewards points. The monetary value of the R e w a rds points redeemed will be deducted from the price of the item being purchased at the Rewards Partner Establishment. (d) Redemption or conversion can only be made once the Cardholder has accumulated 1334 points for HSBC Premier Card and 4000 points for all other eligible Cards at any given time and single redemption request should qualify a redemption of 4000 points, while Mileage Rewards redemption options are available to registered Cardholders once they have accumulated 5000 points at any given time in the same manner as stated above. (e) Rewards points once redeemed would be deleted/removed from the respective Cardholders R x x x x x x point entitlement record upon the Cardholder requesting redemption. (f) Redemption requests once made and processed will not be cancelled or changed. (g) Rewards points earned are not convertible to cash and cannot be transferred back to the Card as a credit. (h) Only non-delinquent C ardholders can redeem R x x x x x x points. (i) Value of the Rewards points cannot be used to settle the outstanding balance on the credit Card.
Redeeming Rewards. You may only redeem Rewards that you earned using your Westgate Resorts Card by choosing one of the redemption options presented in the Imprint App for your Westgate Resorts Card. You may redeem Rewards on transactions at an eligible Westgate Resorts retail location or online property or any Redemption Partner location or online property - see the Westgate Resorts Card Rewards Details page within the Imprint app for the complete list of eligible Westgate Resorts and Redemption Partner locations (the “Eligible Locations”). When redeeming Rewards, the Rewards redemption rate of points to dollars may vary based on the specific merchant for that transaction and may be subject to minimum redemption amounts or points increments as described in the Imprint App during redemption. Your redeemed Rewards will be converted to dollars at the rate specified during your redemption election and will appear in the form of statement credits. You cannot redeem Rewards earned under these Terms for Transactions made with another card (even if you use that other card at an Eligible Location), or at any store or website that is not an Eligible Location (even if you use your Westgate Resorts Card). You may not redeem rewards earned with another card under separate reward terms and conditions applicable to that card on a completed Transaction at an Eligible Location (even if you use your Westgate Resorts Card).
Redeeming RewardsUnless otherwise specified, Rewards must be claimed before they are eligible to be redeemed and can only be redeemed at participating Chili’s located in the United States. You can find and claim all unclaimed Rewards in your Chili’s mobile app under the Rewards tab or on xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx when you log into your account. When receiving personalized Rewards through email or text, click the button provided in the message to claim the eligible Reward. Once claimed, a Member can redeem Rewards in the following ways:

Redeeming Rewards. 7.1 Redeemed rewards, whether authorised or unauthorised, are not refundable, exchangeable, replaceable, redeemable or transferable for cash, credit, other rewards or points under any circumstances, unless specifically permitted under this Agreement. 7.2 Points may only be redeemed via the Corporate Membership Rewards Program and in accordance with instructions provided by us from time to time. Certain restrictions apply to some rewards. 7.3 All rewards are subject to availability and restrictions may apply. Certain rewards are available only during limited time periods. In the case of merchandise rewards that American Express provides and that are not available, we reserve the right to substitute merchandise that we determine is of equal or greater value or credit Company’s Account at our sole option and discretion. 7.4 We are not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen rewards, reward certificates, vouchers or tickets. 7.5 Claims for undelivered merchandise, gift card or voucher rewards must be raised within thirty (30) days post redemption; after this time no claims will be accepted.
Redeeming Rewards. User acknowledges and agrees that by redeeming Rewards in the Incentivised Testnet, User redeems TEST-ADA only, and that in order to redeem actual ada, User must repeat the procedure in the mainnet, once released. User shall be responsible for payment of all applicable taxes, if any, to which the Rewards might be subject and any and all other taxes which may apply to User once Rewards are redeemed.
Redeeming Rewards. Rewards may be redeemed for cash or select items as identified by Sponsor from time to time on the Site, subject to these Rules. Rewards cannot be redeemed until participant has accrued the minimum number of Rewards as identified by Sponsor on the Site, and can only be redeemed in amounts as identified by Sponsor from time to time. Rewards will be subtracted from a participant's account at the time the participant requests Rewards redemption. Each redeeming participant is solely responsible for ensuring that their shipping or email address is correct in the Program records prior to redemption. Each redeeming participant may be responsible for paying all shipping and handling charges for any reward selected, as disclosed at the time of redemption. Sponsor’s obligation regarding delivery of redemptions is satisfied upon shipping the selected redemption item to the postal or email address for the participant contained in the Program records as of the date of redemption. The type of shipping will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and shall be contingent on the Reward selected at redemption. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen redeemed items. Participants must allow eight to ten weeks for shipment or delivery. No cash will be exchanged for the unused portion of any active participant’s Rewards. Once Rewards have been redeemed, they are no longer valid for any subsequent redemption and they may not be returned or refunded to a participant's Rewards Account for any reason. No extensions, cash refunds or other exchanges will be allowed for expired Rewards except in the sole discretion of Sponsor. The availability of any items or services offered in the Program is subject to change without notice at any time and subject to availability in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Items or services offered in the Program for redemption may be available only in limited quantities and will be distributed on a first- come, first-served basis. Participants should regularly consult the Site for updates about availability of redemption items.
