Redeeming Rewards a) To be eligible to receive a Cash Back reward, the Cardholder’s account(s) must be open (meaning not voluntarily closed, canceled, or terminated for any reason) and the Cash Back credit card cannot have any other status preventing authorizations. b) A Cash Back reward will be determined by November 1st of each year. Once the dollar amount has been determined, the Cash Back reward will be deposited to the primary savings account within the month of November. c) The Cardholder is responsible for determining any tax liability arising from participation in the Program. The Cardholder may consult a tax advisor concerning tax consequences. d) Cash Back reward(s) cannot be applied toward the payment amount owed on a Cardholder’s Cash Back card. e) The Cardholder is responsible for any outstanding balance on the account. f) Authorized users on the Account do not receive Cash Back Rewards.
Redeeming Rewards. Rewards may be redeemed for cash or select items as identified by Sponsor from time to time on the Site, subject to these Rules. Rewards cannot be redeemed until participant has accrued the minimum number of Rewards as identified by Sponsor on the Site, and can only be redeemed in amounts as identified by Sponsor from time to time. Rewards will be subtracted from a participant's account at the time the participant requests Rewards redemption. Each redeeming participant is solely responsible for ensuring that their shipping or email address is correct in the Program records prior to redemption. Each redeeming participant may be responsible for paying all shipping and handling charges for any reward selected, as disclosed at the time of redemption. Sponsor’s obligation regarding delivery of redemptions is satisfied upon shipping the selected redemption item to the postal or email address for the participant contained in the Program records as of the date of redemption. The type of shipping will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and shall be contingent on the Reward selected at redemption. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen redeemed items. Participants must allow eight to ten weeks for shipment or delivery. No cash will be exchanged for the unused portion of any active participant’s Rewards. Once Rewards have been redeemed, they are no longer valid for any subsequent redemption and they may not be returned or refunded to a participant's Rewards Account for any reason. No extensions, cash refunds or other exchanges will be allowed for expired Rewards except in the sole discretion of Sponsor. The availability of any items or services offered in the Program is subject to change without notice at any time and subject to availability in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Items or services offered in the Program for redemption may be available only in limited quantities and will be distributed on a first- come, first-served basis. Participants should regularly consult the Site for updates about availability of redemption items.
Redeeming Rewards. Members may redeem Points received under the Program towards the issuance of Rewards. To redeem Points for Rewards, a Member may view available Points and Rewards and redeem them in the manner prescribed by Gobble Stop, which may include via the App or a website. A Member must have at least enough unredeemed and unexpired Points in the Member’s account (“Available Points”) to redeem a desired Reward or to redeem the minimum available Reward. Members may only redeem Available Points associated with the Member’s membership and account. When Members accumulate various Point totals or thresholds, Gobble Stop, in its sole discretion, may provide offers and promotions for the Member to use the Available Points, which may include, for example, towards free food or drink items, one-time purchase discounts or credits, and other sales promotions and incentives. In any single transaction, only one Member account may be used to redeem Points for Rewards. Points accrued by a Member in any purchase or transaction may only be redeemed for Rewards in a separate, subsequent purchase or transaction and may not be applied to previous purchases. The Reward must be presented and entered at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated as part of a Reward’s terms, a Reward may only be used and applied to a single purchase or transaction, and if the amount of the purchase or transaction total is less than the value of the Reward being used, then any unused portion of the Reward is forfeited, cannot be applied to a subsequent purchase or transaction, and will not be returned or credited to the Member’s Available Points or account. Rewards can only be redeemed by the Member by logging into the Member account. Rewards cannot be redeemed through any third-party platforms, by any third party, or by using any other Member’s account, App or login. Each Reward redeemed by a Member will be subject to specific terms, including its availability for the purchase of certain goods or services, restrictions on its use, and its period of availability and expiration. Redeeming Rewards. 4.1 Rewards may consist of gift cards, merchandise, digital or other virtual assets, and other rewards as determined by Twitch in its sole discretion (each, a “Reward”). Twitch, in its sole discretion, may impose a limit on the number of Rewards in the aggregate or by type that may be earned per account, per day, per Reward, per Activity, or per any other generally-applicable metric that may be selected by Twitch from time to time in its sole discretion. Digital Rewards will be emailed to your email address that is currently on file with Twitch for your Program account. Physical Rewards may be mailed to you at the mailing address associated with your Program account. Processing times may vary. Rewards that are undeliverable or unclaimed for whatever reason (including, without limitation, because your Program account information is incorrect or outdated) may be forfeited. 4.2 Rewards are subject to availability as determined by Twitch in its sole discretion. Twitch reserves the right to modify, amend, or revise the Rewards available. You may not rely on continued Reward availability. The Activity required to earn any Reward may be substantially changed, any Reward may be withdrawn, and restrictions on any Reward or its use may be imposed by Twitch or its third-party Program affiliate supplying the Reward. Rewards are non-assignable and non-transferable and may not be bartered or sold. Any Rewards assigned, transferred, bartered, or sold in violation of these Program Terms may be confiscated or cancelled. Redeeming Rewards. In order to redeem your Rewards, you will convert your Rewards to a coupon on the Member Portal. Rewards can only be redeemed for the coupon amounts available for selection on the Member Portal. Exchanging Rewards for coupons is irreversible. Coupons cannot be shared, sold, or otherwise distributed. Coupons will be subject to an expiration date as shown on the Member Portal when the exchange is made. Coupons which are not redeemed before the expiration will be unusable. Multiple Rewards’ coupons cannot be used for the same purchase or in combination with other discount coupons. Offers and rewards are subject to change without notice and cannot be combined with any other offers. When you wish to make a purchase redeeming your Rewards, please contact your DEN Account Manager. Redeeming Rewards. You may only redeem Rewards that you earned using your Westgate Resorts Card by choosing one of the redemption options presented in the Imprint App for your Westgate Resorts Card.
