Common use of Redelivery arrangements Clause in Contracts

Redelivery arrangements. If the Trustee does not make arrangements acceptable to the Custodian for the delivery of the Platinum, the Custodian may continue to maintain the Trust Unallocated Account, in which case the Custodian will continue to charge the fees and expenses payable under clause 10 of the Allocated Platinum Account Agreement. If the Trustee has not made arrangements acceptable to the Custodian for the transfer of Platinum from the Trust Unallocated Account within 6 months of the date specified in the termination notice as the date on which the termination will take effect, the Custodian will be entitled to close the Trust Unallocated Account and sell the Platinum (at such time and on such markets as the Custodian considers appropriate) and account to the Trustee for the proceeds.
