Common use of Redelivery of Borrowing Base Report Clause in Contracts

Redelivery of Borrowing Base Report. If, at any time, the amount of any component of the Borrowing Base, listed in item "(a)" of the definition thereof, shall decrease, or if any contract related to such item is modified, sold or exchanged in any way that would negatively affect the Borrowing Base, the Borrower shall immediately (i) notify Administrative Agent of the occurrence of such event, (ii) deliver to Administrative Agent a revised Borrowing Base Report satisfactory to Administrative Agent, which Administrative Agent shall thereafter furnish to Lenders, and (iii) make any prepayment as may be required under Section 2.6 resulting from such reduced Borrowing Base.
