Common use of Redelivery of Commodities Clause in Contracts

Redelivery of Commodities. Company shall provide any documentation reasonably required by Carrier to authorize withdrawals by or on behalf of Company from a Terminal. Upon redelivery of Commodities to Company or its designated carrier or customer, Carrier shall have no further responsibility for any Claims arising out of possession or use of such Commodities.
