Redelivery Pressure Clause Samples
Redelivery Pressure. Gatherer shall receive Shipper’s gas at the Receipt Point(s) and treat, dehydrate and redeliver such gas at the Delivery Point(s) at the pressure existing in the System from time to time, but not to exceed the MAOP.
Redelivery Pressure. Gatherer shall redeliver the Equivalent Quantity to or for the account of Shipper at pressures sufficient to enter Shipper's or Shipper's designee's pipeline system at the Redelivery Point against the working pressures maintained therein from time to time.
Redelivery Pressure. Gatherer will deliver Producer’s Products at each Delivery Point at a pressure sufficient to permit delivery into the applicable downstream transporters.
