Common use of Redemption at the Option of Holder Clause in Contracts

Redemption at the Option of Holder. Subject to applicable law, the holder of a Class B Share may require Western to redeem all, but not less than all, of the then outstanding Class B Shares held by such holder on delivery to such holder of a redemption price per Class B Share equal to the Class B Redemption Amount; and

Redemption at the Option of Holder. Subject to applicable law, the holder of a Class B C Share may require Western to redeem all, but not less than all, of the then outstanding Class B C Shares held by such holder on delivery to such holder of a redemption price per Class B C Share equal to the Class B C Redemption Amount; and;
