Redemption; Change in Number of Shares Outstanding. (a) If the General Partner shall redeem any of its outstanding Shares, the Partnership shall concurrently therewith redeem an equal number of Units held by the General Partner for the same price (as determined in good faith by the Board of Directors of the General Partner) as paid by the General Partner for the redemption of such Shares.
