Common use of Redemption, Coupon, Mandatory Redemption Clause in Contracts

Redemption, Coupon, Mandatory Redemption. The Company undertakes and covenants that the Company shall repay and redeem, each Redemption Instalment on the Scheduled Redemption Dates. The Company undertakes and covenants that the Company shall pay on each of the Debentures, Coupon calculated at the Coupon Rate for each Coupon Period on the relevant Coupon Payment Date. A Coupon Payment Date shall not extend beyond the Final Scheduled Redemption Date and in the event the Coupon Payment Date extends beyond the Final Scheduled Redemption Date then the Coupon Payment Date shall be the Final Scheduled Redemption Date.
