Redemption Fees. Schwab agrees to impose and remit any redemption fees on redemptions of Fund shares, subject to the notice requirements set forth in this provision and Fund Company’s agreement with the terms and conditions set forth in Xxxxxx’x Redemption Fee Instruction Form, as provided by Schwab and as may be revised by Schwab from time to time.
