If, immediately prior to the giving of the notice referred to below, an Accounting Event has occurred and is continuing, then the Issuer may, subject to having given not less than 10 nor more than 60 days' notice to the Fiscal Agent, the Paying Agent and, in accordance with Condition 14 (Notices), the Holders (which notice shall be irrevocable) and subject to Condition 6(h) (Redemption and Purchase - Preconditions to Redemption), redeem the Securities in accordance with these Conditions in whole, but not in part, at any time, in each case (i) at their Early Redemption Amount if the Redemption Date falls before the start of the Relevant Period, or
