Redemption of Class A Notes. The Servicer shall instruct the Indenture Trustee, upon redemption of the Class A Notes pursuant to the Transaction Documents, to furnish to the Note Insurer a notice of such redemption and, upon a redemption or other payment of all of the Class A Notes to surrender the Policies to the Note Insurer for cancellation.
