Common use of Redemption of Class A Stock Clause in Contracts

Redemption of Class A Stock. If, at any time, one or more shares of Class A Stock are redeemed (whether by exercise of a put or call, automatically or by means of another arrangement) by PubCo for cash, then the Managing Member shall cause the Company, concurrently with such redemption of Class A Stock, to redeem the same number of Class A Units held by PubCo, at an aggregate redemption price equal to the aggregate redemption price of the share or shares of Class A Stock being redeemed by PubCo (plus any expenses related thereto) and upon such other terms as are the same for the share or shares of Class A Stock being redeemed by PubCo.
