Redemption of Class B Common Units. Upon PublicCo's request, the Company is required and is hereby authorized to redeem Class B Common Units held by PublicCo to the extent reasonably practicable as determined by the Manager. The redemption price for such Class B Common Units shall be determined in good faith by the Manager and PublicCo. The Class B Common Units redeemed pursuant to this Section 3.5.4 shall be deemed cancelled.
