REDEMPTION OF EXCHANGEABLE SHARES BY THE CORPORATION. 7.1 Subject to applicable law, and provided Callco has not exercised the Redemption Call Right, the Corporation shall on the Redemption Date redeem all but not less than all of the then outstanding Exchangeable Shares for an amount per share equal to the Exchangeable Share Price applicable on the last Business Day prior to the Redemption Date (the "Redemption Price").
