Common use of Redemption of Notes at the Option of the Company Clause in Contracts

Redemption of Notes at the Option of the Company. Except as otherwise provided in Section 3.05, the Company may not redeem any Notes prior to July 5, 2010. At any time on or after July 5, 2010 and prior to maturity, the Notes may be redeemed at the option of the Company (an “Optional Redemption”), in whole or in part, upon notice as set forth in Section 3.02, at the redemption prices set forth in the form of Note attached as Exhibit A hereto, together with accrued and unpaid interest, if any, to, but excluding the date fixed for redemption.
