Redemption of Partnership Interest. Except as provided in the Exchange Rights Agreement, the Partnership shall not redeem, repurchase or otherwise acquire Partnership Interests from the Partners, except (i) for redemptions of Partnership Interests pro rata based on the Partners’ Percentage Interests, (ii) for redemptions of Partnership Interests as provided in Article XV, and (iii) with the Consent of the Limited Partners.
