Common use of Redemption of Preferred Shares Clause in Contracts

Redemption of Preferred Shares. If, at any time, any Preferred Shares are redeemed (whether by exercise of a put or call, automatically or by means of another arrangement) by the General Partner for cash, the Partnership shall, immediately prior to such redemption of Preferred Shares, redeem an equal number of Partnership Preferred Units held by the General Partner, upon the same terms and for the same price per Partnership Preferred Unit, as such Preferred Shares are redeemed.

Redemption of Preferred Shares. If, at any time, any Preferred Shares are redeemed (whether by exercise of a put or call, automatically or by means of another arrangement) by the General Partner Company for cash, the Partnership shall, immediately prior to such redemption of Preferred Shares, redeem an equal number of Partnership Preferred Units of a class or series that was created to be substantially the economic equivalent of such Preferred Shares held by the General PartnerCompany, upon the same terms and for the same price per Partnership Preferred Unit, as such Preferred Shares are redeemed.

If, at any time, any Preferred Shares are redeemed (whether by exercise of a put or call, automatically or by means of another arrangement) by the General Special Limited Partner for cash, the Partnership shall, immediately prior to such redemption of Preferred Shares, redeem an equal number of Partnership Preferred Units held by the General Partner, Special Limited Partner upon the same terms and for the same price per Partnership Preferred Unit, as such Preferred Shares are redeemed.

Redemption of Preferred Shares. If, at any time, any Preferred Shares are redeemed (whether by exercise of a put or call, automatically or by means of another arrangement) by the General Partner Parent REIT for cash, the Partnership shall, immediately prior to such redemption of Preferred Shares, redeem an equal number of Partnership Preferred Units held by the General Partner or the Initial Limited Partner, upon the same terms and for the same price per Partnership Preferred Unit, as such Preferred Shares are redeemed.
