Redemption of Redemption Baskets. (a) The procedures for the redemption of Redemption Baskets as specified in the schedules, exhibits, annexes, attachments and procedures, as applicable, to the Participant Agreement, which may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of the Participant Agreement (and any such amendment will not constitute an amendment of this Trust Agreement), will govern the Trust with respect to the redemption of Redemption Baskets.
