Redemption of Shareholder’s Interest. The Trustees, in their sole discretion, may cause the Trust to redeem all of the Shares of one or more Series or Class thereof held by any Shareholder if the value of such Shares held by such Shareholder is less than the minimum amount established from time to time by the Trustees, or, to the extent consistent with the 1940 Act, the Trustees determine that redemption of a Shareholder’s interest in the Trust or a Series is in the best interests of the applicable Series.
