Common use of Redemption of TCPL Clause in Contracts

Redemption of TCPL. Sub Notes - Series 2019-A at the Option of the Issuer On or after September 15, 2029, the Issuer may, at its option, redeem the TCPL Sub Notes - Series 2019-A in whole at any time or in part from time to time on any Interest Payment Date and on not less than 30 days nor more than 60 days prior notice to the Holders thereof, without the consent of the Holders, at a redemption price per $1,000 principal amount of the TCPL Sub Notes - Series 2019-A equal to par, together with accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the date fixed for redemption.

Redemption of TCPL. Sub Notes - Series 20192017-A at the Option of the Issuer On or after September March 15, 20292027, the Issuer may, at its option, redeem the TCPL Sub Notes - Series 20192017-A in whole at any time or in part from time to time on any Interest Payment Date and on not less than 30 days nor more than 60 days prior notice to the Holders thereof, without the consent of the Holders, at a redemption price per $1,000 principal amount of the TCPL Sub Notes - Series 20192017-A equal to par, together with accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the date fixed for redemption.
