Redemption of the 2007 Series A Bonds in Advance of Scheduled Maturity. Under the terms of the Indenture, the 2007 Series A Bonds are and will be subject to redemption prior to their scheduled maturity. The Issuer agrees that it shall direct the Trustee to redeem and call 2007 Series A Bonds at the written direction of the Company.
