Redemption of the General Partner’s and Holdings’ Initial Interests. For and in consideration of the payment by the Partnership of $10 to the General Partner and $990 to Holdings as a refund of their respective initial contribution to the Partnership, the Partnership hereby redeems all of the initial interests of the General Partner and Holdings in the Partnership.
