Redemption of Trust Units. On receipt of instructions to redeem units in accordance with the terms of the Trust's Registration Statement, the Transfer Agent will record the redemption of units of the Trust, prepare and present the necessary report to the Custodian and pay the proceeds of the redemption to the unitholder, an authorized agent or legal representative upon the receipt of the monies from the Custodian.
