Common use of Redemption of Units Held by General Partner Clause in Contracts

Redemption of Units Held by General Partner. Whenever the General Partner redeems any of its shares, the Partnership (i) shall redeem a matching number of Units (after giving effect to the Unit Adjustment Factor) of the same type at the same redemption price as that paid by the General Partner so as to preserve the one-to-one equivalency (after giving effect to the Unit Adjustment Factor) between outstanding shares of the General Partner and Units held by the General Partner, and (ii) the Partnership shall reimburse the General Partner for all costs incurred in connection with the share redemption, which shall be expenses of the Partnership.
