Redemption or Purchase Dates and Prices. The Bonds shall be subject to redemption, and, in certain instances, to purchase, prior to maturity in the amounts, at the times and in the manner provided in this Article VII. Payments of the redemption price or the purchase price of any Bond shall be made only upon the surrender to the Trustee or its agent, as directed, of any Bond so redeemed or purchased.
