Common use of REDEMPTION OR REPURCHASE OF STOCK Clause in Contracts

REDEMPTION OR REPURCHASE OF STOCK. Not redeem or repurchase any class of the Borrower's stock now or hereafter outstanding, provided that the Borrower may redeem or repurchase any class of the Borrower's stock in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000 in any one fiscal year.
