Redemption or Repurchase Price. Shares shall be redeemed or repurchased at their net asset value determined as set forth in Section 8.5 hereof as of such time as the Trustees shall have theretofore prescribed, less such fees and/or charges, if any, as may be established by the Trustees from time to time.
