Common use of Redemption Prices Clause in Contracts

Redemption Prices. The Company may, at its option, redeem all or from time to time any part of the Notes on any date prior to maturity, upon notice as set forth in Section 3.2, and at the optional redemption prices set forth in the form of Note attached as Exhibit A hereto, together with accrued interest, if any, to, but excluding, the date fixed for redemption, provided, however, that no such redemption shall be effected before May 4, 2001.

Redemption Prices. The Company may, at its option, redeem all or from time to time any part of the Notes on any date prior to maturity, upon notice as set forth in Section 3.2, and at the optional redemption prices set forth in the form forms of Note attached as Exhibit Exhibits A and B hereto, together with accrued interest, if any, to, but excluding, interest to the date fixed for redemption, provided, however, that no such redemption shall be effected before May 4November 2, 20011998.

Redemption Prices. The Company may, at its option, redeem all ----------------- or from time to time any part of the Notes Debentures on any date prior to maturity, upon notice as set forth in Section 3.23.02, and at a redemption price equal to 100% of the optional redemption prices set forth in the form of Note attached as Exhibit A heretoprincipal amount thereof, together with accrued interest, if any, to, but excluding, interest to the date fixed for redemption; provided that if the date fixed for redemption is May 1 or -------- November 1, provided, however, that no then the interest payable on such redemption date shall be effected before May 4, 2001paid to the holder of record on the next preceding April 15 or October 15.
