Common use of Redemption Prices Clause in Contracts

Redemption Prices. The Company may, at its option, redeem ----------------- all or from time to time any part of the Debentures on any date prior to maturity, upon notice as set forth in Section 3.2, and at the optional redemption prices set forth in the form of Debenture attached as Exhibit A hereto, together with accrued interest, if any, to, but excluding, the date fixed for redemption, provided, however, that no such redemption shall be -------- ------- effected before March 2, 2000.
