Redemption Right of LTIP Unit Limited Partners. 13.1 Subject to Sections 9.5 of the Agreement, CROP LTIP Units will not be redeemable at the option of the Partnership; provided, however, that the foregoing shall not prohibit the Partnership from repurchasing CROP LTIP Units from the holder thereof if and to the extent such holder agrees to sell such CROP LTIP Units.
