Redemptions and Transfers. (1) Federated shall receive redemption requests and redemption directions and, if such redemption requests comply with the procedures as may be described in the Fund Prospectus or set forth in Proper Instructions, deliver the appropriate instructions therefor to the Custodian. Federated shall notify the Funds on a daily basis of the total amount of redemption requests processed and monies paid to Federated by the Custodian for redemptions.
