Common use of Redemptions at the Option of the Trust Clause in Contracts

Redemptions at the Option of the Trust. The Trust shall have the right at its option and at any time to redeem Shares of any Shareholder at the net asset value thereof as determined in accordance with Section 3 of Article VI of this Declaration of Trust: (i) if at such time such Shareholder owns fewer Shares than, or Shares having an aggregate net asset value of less than, an amount determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (ii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of a particular series or class of Shares equal to or in excess of a percentage of the outstanding Shares of that series or class determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (iii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of the Trust representing a percentage equal to or in excess of such percentage of the aggregate number of outstanding Shares of the Trust or the aggregate net asset value of the Trust determined from time to time by the Trustees.

Redemptions at the Option of the Trust. The Trust shall have the right at its option and at any time to redeem Shares of any Shareholder at the net asset value thereof as determined in accordance with Section 3 of Article VI of this Declaration of Trust: (i) if at such time such Shareholder owns fewer Shares than, or Shares having an aggregate net asset value of less than, an amount determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (ii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of a particular series or class of Shares equal to or in excess of a percentage of the outstanding Shares of that series or class determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (iii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of the Trust representing a percentage equal to or in excess of such percentage of the aggregate number of outstanding Shares of the Trust or the aggregate net asset value of the Trust determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (iv) if at such time such Shareholder revokes consent to receive all Shareholder information about the Trust or any series thereof electronically.

Redemptions at the Option of the Trust. The Trust shall have the right at its option and at any time to redeem Shares of any Shareholder at the net next asset value thereof as determined in accordance with Section 3 of Article VI of this Declaration of Trust: (i) if at such time such Shareholder owns fewer Shares than, or Shares having an aggregate net asset value of less than, an amount determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (ii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of a particular series or class of Shares equal to or in excess of a percentage of the outstanding Shares of that series or class determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (iii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of the Trust representing a percentage equal to or in excess of such percentage of the aggregate number of outstanding Shares of the Trust or the aggregate net asset value of the Trust determined from time to time by the Trustees.

Redemptions at the Option of the Trust. The Trust shall have the right at its option and at any time to redeem Shares of any Shareholder at the net asset value thereof as determined in accordance with Section 3 of Article VI of this Declaration of Trust: (i) if such Shares are not held in an account of a customer of SEI Corporation or any of its affiliated companies or in such other account as the Trustee may determine from time to time; (ii) if at such time such Shareholder owns fewer Shares than, or Shares having an aggregate net asset value of less than, an amount determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (iiiii) to the extent that such Shareholder shareholder owns Shares of a particular series or class of Shares equal to or in excess of a percentage of the outstanding Shares of that series or class determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (iiiiv) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of the Trust representing a percentage equal to or in excess of such percentage of the aggregate number of outstanding Shares of the Trust or the aggregate net asset value of the Trust determined from time to time by the Trustees.

Redemptions at the Option of the Trust. The Trust shall have the right at its option and at any time to redeem Shares of any Shareholder at the net asset value thereof as determined in accordance with Section 3 of Article VI of this Declaration of Trustthe By-laws: (i) if at such time such Shareholder owns fewer Shares of a particular series than, or Shares of a particular series having an aggregate net asset value of less than, an amount determined from time to time for such series by the Trustees; or (ii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of a particular series or class of Shares equal to or in excess of a percentage of the outstanding Shares of that series or class determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (iii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of the Trust representing a percentage equal to or in excess of such percentage of the aggregate number of outstanding Shares of the Trust or the aggregate net asset value of the Trust determined from time to time by the Trustees.

Redemptions at the Option of the Trust. The Trust shall ------------------------------------------------- have the right at its option and at any time to redeem Shares of any Shareholder at the net asset value thereof as determined in accordance with Section 3 of Article VI of this Declaration of Trust: (i) if at such time such Shareholder owns fewer Shares than, or Shares having an aggregate net asset value of less than, an amount determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (ii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of a particular series or class of Shares equal to or in excess of a percentage of the outstanding Shares of that series or class determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (iii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of the Trust representing a percentage equal to or in excess of such percentage of the aggregate number of outstanding Shares of the Trust or the aggregate net asset value of the Trust determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (iv) if at such time such Shareholder revokes consent to receive all Shareholder information about the Trust or any series thereof electronically.

Redemptions at the Option of the Trust. The Trust shall have the right at its option and at any time to redeem Shares of any Shareholder at the net asset value thereof as determined in accordance with Section 3 of Article VI of this Declaration of Trust: (i) if such Shares are not held in an account of a customer of SEI Corporation or any of its affiliated companies or in such other account as the Trustees may determine from time to time; (ii) if at such time such Shareholder owns fewer Shares than, or Shares having an aggregate net new asset value of less than, an amount determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (iiiii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of a particular series or class of Shares equal to or in excess of a percentage of the outstanding Shares of that series or class determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (iiiiv) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of the Trust representing a percentage equal to or in excess of such percentage of the aggregate number of outstanding Shares of the Trust or the aggregate net asset value of the Trust determined from time to time by the Trustees.

Redemptions at the Option of the Trust. Redemptions at the Option of the Trust. The Trust shall have the right at its option and at any time to redeem Shares of any Shareholder at the net asset value thereof as determined in accordance with Section 3 of Article VI of this Declaration of Trust: (i) if at such time such Shareholder owns fewer Shares than, or Shares having an aggregate net asset value of less than, an amount determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (ii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of a particular series or class of Shares equal to or in excess of a percentage of the outstanding Shares of that series or class determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (iii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of the Trust representing a percentage equal to or in excess of such percentage of the aggregate number of outstanding Shares of the Trust or the aggregate net asset value of the Trust determined from time to time by the Trustees.

Redemptions at the Option of the Trust. The Trust shall have the right at its option and at any time to redeem Shares of any Shareholder at the net asset value thereof as determined in accordance with Section 3 of Article VI of this Declaration of Trust: (i) if such Shares are not held in an account of a customer of the Advisor or an affiliated person of the Advisor or in such other account as the Trustees may determine from time to time; (ii) if at such time such Shareholder owns fewer Shares than, or Shares having an aggregate net asset value of less than, an amount determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (iiiii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of a particular series or class of Shares equal to or in excess of a percentage of the outstanding Shares of that series or class determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (iiiiv) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of the Trust representing a percentage equal to or in excess of such percentage of the aggregate number of outstanding Shares of the Trust or the aggregate net asset value of the Trust determined from time to time by the Trustees.

Redemptions at the Option of the Trust. The Trust shall -------------------------------------- have the right at its option and at any time to redeem Shares of any Shareholder at the net asset value thereof as determined in accordance with Section 3 of Article VI of this Declaration of Trustthe By-laws: (i) if at such time such Shareholder owns fewer Shares of a particular series than, or Shares of a particular series having an aggregate net asset value of less than, an amount determined from time to time for such series by the Trustees; or (ii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of a particular series or class of Shares equal to or in excess of a percentage of the outstanding Shares of that series or class determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (iii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of the Trust representing a percentage equal to or in excess of such percentage of the aggregate number of outstanding Shares of the Trust or the aggregate net asset value of the Trust determined from time to time by the Trustees.

Redemptions at the Option of the Trust. The Trust shall have the right at its option and at any time to redeem Shares of any Shareholder at the net asset value thereof as determined in accordance with Section 3 of Article VI of this Declaration of Trustthe By-Laws: (i) if at such time such Shareholder owns fewer Shares than, or Shares having an aggregate net asset value of less than, an amount determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (ii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of a particular series Series or class Class of Shares equal to or in excess of a percentage of the outstanding Shares of that series Series or class Class determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (iii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of the Trust representing a percentage equal to or in excess of such a percentage of the aggregate number of outstanding Shares of the Trust or the aggregate net asset value of the Trust determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (iv) when required by applicable law or the Trust's anti-money laundering program, if any, in effect from time to time.

Redemptions at the Option of the Trust. The Trust shall have the right at its option and at any time to redeem Shares of a Series from any Shareholder at the net asset value thereof as determined described in accordance with Section 3 of Article VI 1 of this Declaration of TrustArticle VI: (i) if at such time time, as a result of redemptions of Shares by such Shareholder owns fewer Shares thanShareholder, or Shares having an the aggregate net asset value of the Shares in such Shareholder's account with the particular Series is less than, an than $1,000 or such other amount determined no greater than the minimum initial investment then specified in the Prospectus of the Trust or Series as the Trustees may from time to time by the Trusteesdetermine; or (ii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of a particular series or class of Shares Series equal to or in excess of a percentage of the outstanding Shares of that series or class Series determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (iii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of the Trust representing a percentage equal to or in excess of such percentage of the aggregate number of outstanding Shares of the Trust or the aggregate net asset value of the Trust a percentage, determined from time to time by the Trustees, of the outstanding Shares of the Trust or of any Series.

Redemptions at the Option of the Trust. The Trust shall have the right at its option and at any time to redeem Shares of any Shareholder at the net asset value thereof as determined in accordance with Section 3 of Article VI of this t his Declaration of Trust: (i) if at such time such Shareholder owns fewer Shares than, or Shares having an aggregate net asset value of less than, an amount determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (ii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns ow ns Shares of a particular series or class of Shares equal to or in excess of a percentage of the outstanding Shares of that series or class determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (iii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of the Trust representing a percentage equal to or in excess of such percentage of the aggregate number of outstanding Shares of the Trust or the aggregate net asset value of the Trust determined from time to time by the Trustees.

Redemptions at the Option of the Trust. The Trust shall have the right at its option and at any time to redeem Shares of any Shareholder at the net asset value thereof as determined in accordance with Section 3 of Article VI of this Declaration of Trustthe Bylaws: (ia) if at such time such Shareholder owns fewer Shares than, or Shares having an aggregate net asset value of less than, an amount determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (iib) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of a particular series or class of Shares equal to or in excess of a percentage of the outstanding Shares of that series or class determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (iiic) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of the Trust representing a percentage equal to or in excess of such percentage of the aggregate number of outstanding Shares of the Trust or the aggregate net asset value of the Trust determined from time to time by the Trustees.

Redemptions at the Option of the Trust. The Trust shall have --------- -------------------------------------- the right at its option and at any time to redeem Shares of any Shareholder at the net asset value thereof as determined in accordance with Section 3 of Article VI of this Declaration of Trust: (i) if at such time such Shareholder owns fewer Shares few shares than, or Shares having an aggregate net asset value of less than, an amount determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (ii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of a particular series or class of Shares equal to or in excess of a percentage of the outstanding Shares of that series or class determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (iii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of the Trust representing a percentage equal to or in excess of such percentage of the aggregate number of outstanding Shares of the Trust or the aggregate net asset value of the Trust determined from time to time by the Trustees.

Redemptions at the Option of the Trust. The Trust shall have the right at its option and at any time to redeem Shares of any Shareholder at the net asset value thereof as determined in accordance with Section 3 of Article VI of this Declaration of Trust: (i) if at such time such Shareholder owns fewer Shares than, or Shares having an aggregate net asset value of less than, an amount determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (ii) to the extent that such Shareholder SharehoLder owns Shares of a particular series or class of Shares equal to or in excess of a percentage of the outstanding Shares of that series or class determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (iii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of the Trust representing a percentage equal to or in excess of such percentage of the aggregate number of outstanding Shares of the Trust or the aggregate net asset value of the Trust determined from time to time by the Trustees.

Redemptions at the Option of the Trust. The Trust shall have -------------------------------------- the right at its option and at any time to redeem Shares of any Shareholder at the net asset value thereof as determined in accordance with Section 3 of Article VI VII of this Declaration of Trust: (i) if at such time such Shareholder owns fewer Shares than, or Shares having an aggregate net asset value of less than, an amount determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (ii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of a particular series Series or class of Shares Class equal to or in excess of a percentage of the outstanding Shares of that series Series or class Class determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (iii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of the Trust representing a percentage equal to or in excess of such percentage of the aggregate number of outstanding Shares of the Trust or the aggregate net asset value of the Trust determined from time to time by the Trustees.

Redemptions at the Option of the Trust. The Trust shall have the right at its option and at any time to redeem Shares of any Shareholder at the net asset value thereof as determined in accordance with Section 3 7 of Article VI of this Declaration of Trust: (i) if at such time such Shareholder owns fewer Shares than, or Shares having an aggregate net asset value of less than, an amount determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (ii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of a particular series or class of Shares equal to or in excess of a percentage of the outstanding Shares of that series or class (determined without regard to class) determined from time to time by the Trustees; or (iii) to the extent that such Shareholder owns Shares of the Trust representing a percentage equal to or in excess of such percentage of the aggregate number of outstanding Shares of the Trust or the aggregate net asset value of the Trust determined from time to time by the Trustees.
