Redemptions Necessary for Qualification as Regulated Investment Company. If the Trustees shall determine that direct or indirect ownership of Shares of any Series has or may become concentrated in any person to an extent which would disqualify any Series as a regulated investment company under the Internal Revenue Code, then the Trustees shall have the power (but not the obligation) by lot or other means they deem equitable to (a) call for redemption by any such person of a number, or principal amount, of Shares sufficient to maintain or bring the direct or indirect ownership of Shares into conformity with the requirements for such qualification and (b) refuse to transfer or issue Shares to any person whose acquisition of Shares in question would, in the Trustees' judgment, result in such disqualification. Any such redemption shall be effected at the redemption price and in the manner provided in this Article. Shareholders shall upon demand disclose to the Trustees in writing such information concerning direct and indirect ownership of Shares as the Trustees deem necessary to comply with the requirements of any taxing authority.
