Redemptions or Repurchases of Shares. If the General Partner shall redeem or repurchase shares of any class of its shares of common stock, the purchase price thereof and all costs incurred in connection with such redemption or repurchase shall be reimbursed to the General Partner by the Partnership pursuant to Section 6.05 hereof and the General Partner shall cause the Partnership to redeem or repurchase an equivalent number of Partnership Units of the appropriate class or series held by the General Partner (which, in the case of REIT Shares, shall be a number equal to the quotient of the number of such REIT Shares divided by the Conversion Factor) in the manner provided in Section 6.10 hereof.
